At Vant Glass, we aim to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Below is our returns policy for stock and bespoke items:

We accept returns on all stock items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return delivery.
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover handling and processing costs.

As bespoke products are custom-made to your specifications, they are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon delivery.

If you wish to initiate a return, please contact our team with your order details. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
